Who is Joss and what is her swimming background?

Joss has been swimming all her life, at age 12 she dived into competitive swimming and competed at her first National Championships. Joss was a medley focused swimmer until around age 16 when she started to focus on Breaststroke.

Over the last few years Joss has broken the Women's 200m breaststroke British Record both Long Course and Short Course. Due to her brilliant short course performance she was signed to the Energy Standard Team for the ISL 2019 ISL final, where they were crowned champions in Las Vegas.

Joss has also been crowed British Champion multiple times over both the 100 and 200 breaststroke. Although mainly focusing on breaststroke Joss is still a very competitive medley swimmer in the UK.
